Trust & safety · How Loota protects every deal
Built so strangers can deal safely.
Most local deals fall apart on trust, not price. So here's my deal: I check the proof before you choose, I hold the money on risky deals until you confirm, and I keep everything in a protected room so disputes are settled with evidence.
Protection on record
Why both sides relax on Loota
Your money moves last. The proof moves first.
Proof before you pay
For things that get faked a lot — phones, laptops, consoles, generators — I ask the seller for live camera proof, so you can see the item is real and actually with them.
I hold the money
On risky deals your payment sits with me, not the seller. It only moves when you confirm delivery — not when someone pressures you.
A record if it goes wrong
The deal room keeps the offers, messages, proof, and payments together. If a phone never shows up or a repair goes bad, the dispute is settled on evidence, not shouting.

When something goes wrong
The record settles it, not the loudest voice.
Deals that stay inside Loota keep their own evidence. If a phone never arrives or a repair goes bad, I review what the room already recorded — no he-said-she-said.
Every deal leaves a record
Offers, messages, proof, and payments stay together in the deal room. Nobody can rewrite what happened — not even after the fact.
Disputes reviewed on evidence
If a deal is contested, I review the room's own timeline instead of arguing over forwarded screenshots and deleted chats.
Honest sellers are covered too
Strong delivery proof and clear release rules protect sellers when a buyer goes quiet after the work is done or the item is delivered.
Trust & safety FAQ
Before you trust a stranger with your money
I collect price, condition, delivery details, and area from each seller before you see anything. Items that get faked a lot also need live camera proof.
Simple: I hold your payment until you confirm delivery. If the seller goes quiet or the item is wrong, the money never left my hands — and the room's record backs you up.
You connect in a protected deal room first. Keeping the chat and payment inside the room is exactly what protects you if the deal goes sideways.
Searching and offers are free. You only pay a protection fee when a deal uses escrow — split 40% buyer, 60% seller.
Report it from the deal room or the report page. I review the room's record of offers, proof, and payments — and the money stays held while the case is open.
That's a red flag. Outside the deal room there's no held payment, no record, and nothing I can review if something goes wrong. Keep the deal inside.
Deal with confidence
* Proof first. Money moves last.
Send me one request on WhatsApp. I'll check the proof, hold the money if the deal is risky, and keep the whole deal on record.
